The Painter

 


A little-known-fact is that Claude Monet, the renowned Impressionist painter became famous as a result of "coloring in" an entire series of "Paint by Numbers" tableaux he bought from the eccentric inventor of the medium; one Gustave Warhol who died in a freak watercolor accident in 1873.
