Dictator

 

Yaka Apatha was the "Deadbeat Dictator" of Ceylon, 1854 to 185-something-or-other.
During his tyrannical rule, only three edicts were ever issued, and the most coherent of those was, "Whatever", accompanied by a grudging shrug of the wrist.
Eventually, even his most loyal henchmen stopped popping by his Dictatorial Hut for orders.
What became of him is unclear. Legend has it that while taking a bath one day, the soap slipped from his hands onto the bathroom floor, and being too lazy to do anything about it, he...
And there the story tails off.
