In 1874 Jurgen Lintmeister introduced the new, improved Lint
Master Mark IV, and within six months had a stranglehold on
the market, producing 85 percent of the world's supply of
lint.
Nowadays, thanks to modern technology, any number of
household activities results in lint or lint by-products,
obviating the need for such out-dated machinery, sending
tyrants like Herr Lintmeister packing.
