Crowley donned the apparatus and switched it on.
He felt his backbone straighten. His beard grow bushier. His moustache more handlebar-like.
All his inhibitions came rushing back and he felt an almost self-righteous properness.
Yes! It worked!
He was thinking on the Victorian side of the brain!
